No matter if you visit the Omaha Henry DoorlyZoo & Aquarium the first time or if you are a frequentvisitor,
you always ask yourself the question "What's Next?".
This question can be really difficult because you don't know whichexhibits are crowded,
have active animals or you just don't know what exhibit isnearby.
The app "What's Next" is designed to answer exactly that question.With a simple functionality everyone can use it and see where togo!

Features:
-See the ratings of animal and people activity from other peoplewho are at that exhibit right now!
-Decide What's Next by seeing the ratings and the distance to theexhibits
-Rate the exhibits that you visit so other people also know whereto go
-Sort the exhibits by rating, distance or just alphabetically

This app was developed as a part of the Project MATTERSinitiative for the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium by Omaha areahigh school students.
The project brought together partners from the Nebraska ResearchInitiative, the University of Nebraska at Omaha,
the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Omaha area school districts,the Strategic Air and Space Museum,
and the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium to develop a mobileapplication.

How the App WorksLoggin InWhen the app first opens, it will ask for you to choose yourname. Select your name, and it will take you to the main screen.The database should already contain your name and the lab you arein, so it will be listed. Aditionally, if you pass the the devicefrom one person to another, you may change users by selecting thebottom button with "Change User."ScanningTo scan, select the scan button. Then, hold the screen up to thestudent's QR code. Simply hold the QR code within the camera viewand it will auto select it and decode. You can continue scanningdifferent students or you can click done when finished scanning.Scanning the same student will not affect the database, so that isnot a worry.HistorySelect the history button and you will be able to view a list ofthe students you scanned along with their answer to the uniquequestion.
